If you have a concern during nighttime hours, please contact the San Francisco Night Ministry by phone at (415) 986-1464 and talk with the staff on the phone. They can immediately direct you to clergy on-call. If you are specifically interested in reaching Rev. Wilfried, your message will be gladly forwarded. All weddings/unions require coordination with the Office Administrator, and review by the Pastor. Building use and other wedding items can be arranged on an hourly basis, with a detailed fee schedule by contacting the Office Administrator. Some reasons to Bless your wedding/union at First Congregational Church: - walking distance from City Hall - Several ministers (including gay or lesbian ministers) available - Welcoming congregation of all sexual orientations - Christian elements to marriage ceremony - Choice of several special spiritual spaces (chapel, sanctuary, outdoor terrace, fellowship hall) - Bi-lingual wedding ceremonies possible (German, Spanish, French) Other Building Usage First Congregational Church has a building use policy that allows for groups to use the church, as long as the use of the building meets specific congregational requirements. Francisco Night Ministry. First Congregational has served
as the base of operations for this ecumenical ministry in San Francisco
for 34 years. The ministry provides crisis counseling every night,
as well as on-street assistance.
The Welcome Ministry. The Welcome Ministry seeks to provide a faithful response to homelessness and to improve the quality of life for homeless people by providing: hospitality; food; and referrals for housing, health care and drug and alcohol treatment. GENERAL INFORMATION The City and
