You may use the following form to order flowers for an upcoming Sunday at First Congregational Church of San Francisco, UCC. You do not have to be a member. 

To provide flowers, most donors provide a $35 donation.

Please send your request at least 14 days before the Sunday that you are interested in providing flowers.  If this Sunday is already taken, the office will contact you. 
Don't forget to forward a check to the church!!
